I liked it overall, but the sizing was a bit off for me. I ordered what I usually wear and expected it to fit fine, but it ended up feeling smaller than I thought it would, so yeah, I’d probably size up next time.

I ordered this because the site said it was in stock, so I figured great, done, no problem. Then later I get told it’s actually not available, which was frustrating. Like, if it’s not there, just show that upfront so I don’t waste time placing the order and waiting around. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.

They showed up when they said they would both times, which I really appreciated because I hate wasting time waiting around or risking a missed delivery. One box had a small dent, so I was a little worried at first, but everything inside was totally fine.

There were a lot of options to look through, and the site was easy to use, well, actually, I thought it might be a little much at first, but I found what I needed without much trouble

My tracking never updated at all, and when I reached out, nobody got back to me... frustrating experience.

I ordered a jacket and some gear from us-elitegear.com, and while the shipping was totally fine, the actual quality was disappointing. For the price, I expected everything to feel more durable, but the material felt kind of cheap and the stitching already had loose threads. I reached out hoping they’d follow up or at least check in, but I never heard anything back, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. The stuff technically works, but I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I just tried ordering and the checkout kept freezing on me. Then my payment showed as pending, which stressed me out. Maybe it’s not always like this, but after dealing with that today, I’m not really interested in ordering from here again anytime soon.

I reached out about my order and customer service was actually Helpful. They answered what I needed and were nice about it, so no complaints there. it just took a little longer than I thought to hear back. Overall not bad, I just wish the response time was Better.

I just got this package today, so maybe I’m still annoyed, but the shipping really left a bad impression. The box looked like it had been thrown around the whole trip, and one side was completely crushed. There was hardly any padding inside, so the gear had clearly been sliding around and ended up with marks on it. For the price, I expected it to be packed way better. Right now, all I can think about is how disappointing this delivery was.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than it should. I haven’t gotten any meaningful update yet, which is frustrating. I’m sure it can be sorted out, but I’d really like a clear status and timeline at this point
